Honor ID User Agreement

About Us
Honor ID and its related technologies and functionality (collectively, the "Services") are provided and operated by Shenzhen Honor Software Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Honor", "we", "us", or "our").In this Agreement (as defined below), "you" and "user" refer to any individual who uses and/or accesses the Services.
Purpose of this Agreement
This user agreement, privacy statement (available at Account center > Settings > About), and other policies published or made available through or in connection with the Services (collectively, the "Agreement") are the terms and conditions applicable to you for your use and access to the Services.This Agreement tells you who we are, how we will provide the Services to you, what activities are permitted, and what activities are not permitted, on or in connection with the Services, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.Please read this Agreement carefully.By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Agreement and are entering into a binding legal agreement with us.If you do not accept or agree to this Agreement, you must not access or use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be 14 years of age or older or have reached the age of majority for the legal jurisdiction that you select to create an Honor ID.If you are under 14 years of age or have not reached the legal age of majority in your selected country/region, your legal guardian must consent and create an Honor ID on your behalf.Guardians may create a child account via Account center > Personal info > Child accounts.
Accessing the Services
We agree to grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services, subject to and in accordance with this Agreement.
To access or use the Services, you must have an Honor ID.For further information on Honor ID, go to Settings > Honor ID > Settings > About > Honor ID User Agreement.
The Services
The Services require Internet access and provide you with the following features and services:
Identity Management
Use Honor ID: You may use your Honor ID to log in to Honor services, such as My Honor, Honor Store, and Honor Choice, and to access third-party services.Depending on your device and country/region, different service features may be available. Certain features may not be supported on specific devices.For details, please refer to the user manual of your device.
Membership services: Upon registering an Honor ID, you will become an Honor Premium Member and enjoy corresponding membership benefits.For details, please refer to Honor Premium Membership Service Agreement (https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1121&country=cn&branchId=0&langCode=zh-cn).
Real-name authentication: You can provide your ID number and name or provide ID photo or face recognition to complete the real-name authentication in your Honor ID so that you can use your real-name information while using applications.
Device Management
Device interconnection: If you purchase devices from Honor, our affiliates, and official partners, your Honor ID will serve as proof of identification so that you can enjoy a consistent interconnection experience.
Find Device: When you log into your Honor ID, Find Device will be enabled by default.This feature allows you to locate, ring, lock, erase data, and prevent the device from being erased or reactivated without your Honor ID and password.You may also locate and ring paired Bluetooth earphones that support Find Device.You can visit the Find Device website (cloud.honor.com) or use other Honor devices to access the Find Device app and locate, ring, lock, and erase data on devices that are logged in with your Honor ID and have Find Device enabled.If a device is offline and cannot be located, you may send commands via SMS to enable the mobile network.If Lost mode is enabled for the device, you can set the SIM card password remotely.
Honor Cloud:
Honor Cloud provides data sync services, allowing you to sync supported app data, including data from Contacts, Gallery, Password Vault, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Calendar, and Notes, to Honor servers and to other trusted Honor devices logged in with the same account.Once Honor Cloud is enabled, data changes (subject to actual supported scope) will be automatically uploaded and synced to other devices logged in with the same account and with Sync enabled, and existing data on those devices may be overwritten.Your data is stored in encrypted form in Honor Cloud. You may view and manage your data (subject to actual supported scope) via supported devices or the Honor Cloud website (cloud.honor.com).
You understand and agree that, if any content uploaded or otherwise disseminated by a user through Honor Cloud infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and personal rights), thereby causing Honor and its affiliates to face any complaints, reports, inquiries, claims, or legal actions, or to suffer any loss of reputation, goodwill, or property, the user shall proactively take all possible measures to ensure that Honor and its affiliates are indemnified against and held harmless from such claims, actions, and losses.If a user exploits technical vulnerabilities or uses third-party software to disrupt or threaten Honor Cloud operations, Honor has the right to take measures, including but not limited to account suspension and file deletion.
Cloud Backup:
When your device (including phones and tablets) is locked, connected to a power source, and connected to Wi‑Fi, Honor Cloud will periodically back up your data.You may also perform manual backups.After the backup is completed, you may restore your data when needed.When you use Cloud Backup to restore data, in order to help you restore your apps more efficiently, you agree that we may download the latest versions of the apps for you through Honor App Market.Backup data may include system settings, contacts, calendar events, messages, call logs, recordings, and app data.
Data backup is a one-way operation that stores files from your phone to the cloud, helping to prevent loss of local files that may otherwise be difficult to recover.After the backup is completed, any files that you add, modify, or delete locally will not be synced to the cloud. The cloud backup will remain in the state it was in at the time of backup.
If your device has not backed up any data to Honor Cloud for more than 180 days, we reserve the right to delete any backups associated with that device and to discontinue subsequent backups.We will notify you 30 days before deleting the data. Within 30 days after receiving such notice, you may continue using Honor Cloud Backup by performing a backup or by purchasing an Honor Cloud membership with storage capacity as needed.
You acknowledge that data backed up to Honor Cloud may fail to be restored or may be unusable after restoration due to factors such as device type, operating system differences, or app compatibility.We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the security and reliability of the data involved in this service. However, we do not guarantee that any content stored or accessed through this service will be free from accidental damage or loss.You are responsible for backing up your important content to your computer or other devices.
Honor Drive enables you to store files and folders from your Honor devices in the cloud.You may log in to the same Honor ID on your Honor devices at any time to view and manage your files in Honor Drive.
Cloud storage upgrade:
Honor Cloud provides users with a certain amount of free storage space.If your storage space is insufficient, Honor Cloud offers paid storage expansion plans, which you may choose to subscribe to.After subscribing, you may upgrade to a larger storage on the Upgrade cloud storage page to modify your subscription.The benefits applicable to the upgraded plan will take effect immediately.
Due to the nature of virtual products, the services obtained through subscription are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be used for commercial purposes, including sale, barter, pledge, or transfer.Honor Cloud may modify or adjust pricing standards and charging methods in accordance with the overall service plan. Such changes will be displayed on the relevant service pages.
Once a subscription is activated, Honor Cloud will automatically charge fees at regular intervals based on your selected plan through the payment account linked to your Honor ID.You are responsible for providing a valid payment account.If Honor Cloud is unable to collect the payable fees on time, we may revoke your paid storage benefits and reserve the right to restrict your access to stored content or delete such content.
Honor Cloud allows users to apply for a refund for continuous annual subscription plans within the applicable refund period.If your request meets the conditions, the charged fees will be refunded in full through the original payment method,and your storage space will be reduced to the free tier.
Users may obtain membership or rewards through events launched by the platform from time to time.
User data management policy
To ensure efficient use of storage resources, Honor Cloud will manage cloud-stored data based on your account usage and service status.If you do not use Honor Cloud for twelve (12) consecutive months, Honor reserves the right to terminate the Honor Cloud service and to freeze and/or delete data under your account. The duration may be adjusted according to operational strategies.For Honor Cloud VIP subscribers, you understand and agree that if your VIP service expires and has not been renewed for more than 180 days, and the data stored in your account exceeds the available free storage capacity, Honor Cloud reserves the right to freeze and/or delete data under your account. The duration may be adjusted according to operational strategies.
We will notify you 30 days in advance of the relevant data processing. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and valid, and pay close attention to such notifications.You must complete data activation, download, or deletion within 30 days after receiving the notice. Failure to take timely action may result in data being handled in accordance with the above policies.
Honor Cloud shall not be liable for any data loss, damage, or inaccessibility resulting from failure to respond to notices, non-renewal, or prolonged inactivity.We recommend that you log in regularly, back up important data, and monitor your account status and service notifications.
For the purposes of these terms, "use" means accessing Honor Cloud, uploading data to it, or downloading data from it."Freeze" means suspending data upload and download services for your account, and "delete" means permanently removing cloud data associated with your account.
Security and Risk Management
Account security: To ensure the security of your Honor ID, we have set up a variety of identity verification methods, such as adding security phone numbers and emergency contacts, self-service to recover your password, and appealing to edit your account information. For example, by verifying your Honor ID, we can use the information from other Honor services to recover your password.
Risk management: To further enhance the security of your Honor ID, we will make risk judgments when you perform high-risk operations, and risk management will be implemented when necessary.
Send notifications
Notifications: You will receive necessary push notifications such as Honor ID service change notifications.
Service Experience Improvement
We will continuously enhance the quality and user experience of our current and future products and services.
Customer service
You can ask for information or make a complaint through customer service.
The specific services and features we provide may vary depending on your device but will not exceed the scope described in this statement and will ultimately be subject to the services presented on your device.
Third-Party Services
If you log in to and use third-party services through your Honor ID, we recommend that you carefully review the relevant third-party agreements and privacy policies.We have no authority or obligations to control or review the content of products or services offered by third-party service providers. Nor are we responsible for any infringement of your rights in connection with the use of such third-party products and services.We shall not be responsible for the content or availability of any third-party products or services. Nor do we make any warranties or guarantees of any kind for any content, advertisements, products, services, or other information provided by third parties on or through the Services.If you do not comply with Third-Party Agreements and/or third-party privacy policies that you have entered into, the relevant third parties may take legal action against you.
Any disputes arising from the third party's products or services downloaded and used on or through the Services shall be settled by the third-party service providers. We shall not assume any liabilities for it.We do not provide customer support for any third-party software or technologies.If you require support, please contact the third-party service provider.
Each Content Provider takes full responsibility for their products, services, and any guarantees they make.In the event of a dispute, the third-party product or service guarantee, or any relevant clauses in Third-Party Agreements, shall prevail.
Purchase
You agree that the provider of the paid service has the right to adjust the price and notify you of the details of the price adjustment within a reasonable time before the purchase occurs.After the new price takes effect, you will be required to accept the new price at the time of purchase. The products and services you purchased before the price adjustment will not be affected.If you do not accept the adjusted price, you may stop using the relevant service.
Account Security
You should register your Honor ID with your real identity and promise to keep your Honor ID username, password, verification code, and other related information (including but not limited to the information of the devices logged in with this Honor ID and personal information) properly and not share such information with anyone else.We recommend that you choose a strong password and keep it in a safe place.If you provide the above information to third parties or lose your phone or other devices, you will be responsible for any resulting losses and liabilities.
If you think that someone else might be using your account, you must let us know immediately using the contact information in this Agreement (see Contacting Us).You shall take appropriate steps to protect your account to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
You must not use anyone else's Honor ID to access the Services.If you use an Honor ID that is not the one you registered to access the Services, you shall be responsible for any losses and liabilities resulting from such use.
You may not maliciously register Honor IDs.We reserve the right to make independent judgments and deal with malicious registrations.
Without our permission, you may not give, lend, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise license other people to use the Honor ID you registered.
You may not transfer your Honor ID with or without compensation to avoid disputes.You shall be responsible for any liabilities arising therefrom, and we reserve the right to hold the above-mentioned parties legally responsible.
If you are currently using an Honor ID that was not registered by you or obtained through software or services provided by us, you should notify us in the first instance and not log into or perform other operations using that account.
If you lose your Honor ID information due to personal reasons and need to recover it, you can follow the Honor ID appeal process to provide the appropriate information. Whether the appeal is successful will depend on the information you provide.
Acceptable Use of the Services
By accessing and using the Services, you undertake and agree to do so in a legal and ethical manner and in accordance with this Agreement.You hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall not use the Service to transmit material, or otherwise engage in any activity that is dishonest, defamatory, tortious, harmful, obscene, offensive, bullying, harassing, scandalous, hateful, inflammatory, threatening, unlawful, profane, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Service including without limitation, anything that facilitates illegal activities, depicts sexually explicit images, promotes violence, is discriminatory, illegal, could or does cause damage or injury to any person or property, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws, including, without limitation, any material that you are not entitled to post or transmit, or where such posting or transmission is in breach of any duty of confidentiality and/or infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.
You hereby agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:
(a) reproduce, make alterations to, or modifications of the whole or any part of the Services, or permit the whole or any part of the Services to be combined with or become incorporated in any other programs;
(b) obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of the Services or related systems or networks;
(c) disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the Services or attempt to do so beyond the extent allowed by applicable laws;
(d) distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Services;
(e) provide or otherwise make available the Services in whole or in part (including the object and source code), in any form to any person without our prior written consent;
(f) impersonate any person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
(g) use the Services (or any part(s) thereof) in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement, or act fraudulently or maliciously, including without limitation, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, including viruses, or harmful data, into the Services (or into the websites linked to the Services) or any operating system;
(h) infringe upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights when your access and/or use the Services;
(i) collect users' information or otherwise access the Services or our systems using automated means, or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services;
(j) develop, support, or use software, devices, scripts, or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plug-ins or add-ons, or any other technology or manual work) to scrape information from the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Services;
(k) commercially exploit the Services without our prior written consent;
(l) use the Services to engage in any illegal business transactions such as selling firearms, drugs, illegal substances, pirated software, or other prohibited items;
(m) provide gambling information or encourage others to gamble by any means;
(n) solicit login information or access accounts belonging to someone else;
(o) participate in money laundering, cashing, or multi-level marketing activities; attempt, facilitate, or encourage any violations of the whole or any part of the Agreement;
(p) use the Services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or compromise the Services, our systems or its security, or interfere with other users or any other party's computer systems, or hack or gain unauthorized access to the Services or Honor Content (defined below) or data;
(q) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services.
By accessing and using the Services, you undertake and agree to do so in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, business ethics, and social ethics in accordance with this Agreement.You hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall not input, output/generate, produce, comment, upload, post, or disseminate the following illegal information (in the form of text, images, voice, audio, video, etc.) in any way:
(a) content opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution or not conforming to the core values of socialism;
(b) content endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, or undermining national unity;
(c) content harming the honor or interests of the State;
(d) content distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroic martyrs, or infringing upon their names, portraits, reputation, or honor by insulting them, slandering them, or other means;
(e) content propagating terrorism or extremism or inciting the implementation of terrorist or extremist activities;
(f) content inciting national hatred or discrimination or undermining national unity;
(g) content undermining the State's religious policies or propagating heresy or feudal superstition;
(h) content spreading rumors or disturbing the economic and social order;
(i) content spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder or terror, or abetting crimes;
(j) content insulting or defaming others, infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests;
(k) content containing false, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, invasive of others' privacy, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene information, or other morally objectionable content;
(l) content containing illegally obtained, disclosed, or exploited information, information that infringes upon the legal rights and interests of other individuals, enterprises, organizations or third parties, including reputation rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets, and information that involves the use of the advantages of the algorithms, data or platforms of the Services to engage in unfair competition; or
(m) other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall not input, output/generate, produce, comment, upload, post, or disseminate the following undesirable information (in the form of text, images, voice, audio, video, etc.) in any way:
(a) content using exaggerated titles, with serious inconsistency between content and title;
(b) hyped gossip, scandals, misdeeds, etc.;
(c) improper comments on natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;
(d) content making sexual suggestions, sexual provocations, etc., which is prone to causing association with sex;
(e) content showing blood, horror, cruelty, etc., which causes physical and mental discomfort;
(f) content inciting group discrimination, regional discrimination, etc;
(g) propagation of vulgar, tacky, and kitsch content;
(h) content that is likely to cause minors to imitate unsafe behavior, violate social morality, induce minors to form bad habits, etc;
(i) other content that has adverse effects on the network ecology.
You hereby understand and commit that if you violate the agreement in this chapter, you shall bear the resulting infringement, risks, and liabilities.All direct and indirect losses we suffer as a result (including but not limited to economic losses, goodwill, rights protection expenses, and attorney fees) are also borne by you.In addition, Honor reserves the right to take restrictive measures, including but not limited to those described in the "Termination or Suspension by Us" section.
Our Content
We and/or our licensors shall retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the information in any form, including but not limited to text, videos and audios, images, icons, apps, designs, software, scripts, programs, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other materials and services available through the Services, including their look and feel (collectively, "Honor Content").Your access and/or use of any of the Services does not transfer to you or any other person any ownership or other rights in or to the Services or their content, unless expressly specified in this Agreement.
You may not make alterations, copies, extractions, modifications, or additions to Our Content, or sell, copy, disseminate or license it, or misuse Our Content in any way.If you want to re-publish, extract, reproduce, disseminate, or otherwise use any of Our Content, you must contact us in advance and obtain our prior written consent, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.This is without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable mandatory laws.
If you believe that the Services or any part thereof infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, or if you have other concerns regarding the Services, please notify us using the contact information provided in the "Contacting Us" section.
Your Content
You shall retain the ownership of proprietary rights in the texts, files, images, photos, and other information you upload, post, or otherwise transmit to or via the Services (collectively "Your Content" ). This includes that the phone number you provide should be your valid contact information.
a. When sharing your content with others, you understand that your content may be displayed on the Services worldwide, and others may use, save, record, copy, broadcast, transmit, share, and display your content free of charge.If you do not want others to have the above rights, do not use the Services to share your content.You declare and warrant that during the validity of these terms, you have (and will always have) all necessary rights to the content you upload, store in this Service, or share through this Service, and our collection, use, and retention of your content will not violate any laws or infringe on any person's rights.We do not own or control Your Content and do not assume any responsibility for Your Content in the form of certification, payment, endorsement, or otherwise. Also, we do not assume any responsibility for Your Content or materials uploaded, stored, or shared by others using the Services.
b. To the extent necessary to provide services to you or others, protect the security of you and the Services, and improve Honor products and services, you grant Honor a free intellectual property license worldwide, allowing Honor to use Your Content, such as copying, retaining, transmitting, and reformatting Your Content, or displaying and distributing Your Content via communication tools in the;The content you post publicly can be viewed without restriction. If you post content publicly, your content may appear in presentations or materials used for promotional purposes.
Monitoring the Services
You acknowledge and agree that we may at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice to you, take such measures we deem necessary for operating, managing, and improving the Services, (including without limitation for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation and customer support purposes), ensuring your compliance with this Agreement, complying with applicable laws, court orders, directions of any court, or complying with any directions or requirements of governmental departments, enforcement authorities, or regulatory bodies.
If the information you submit for registration of your Honor ID contains illegal or improper information, we have the right to reject the registration.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your current Honor ID falls under one of the following circumstances, we have the right to restrict, freeze, or terminate your access to the Honor ID at any time and decide whether to resume your access based on the actual situation:
(1) Honor ID not obtained through software or services provided or expressly licensed by us;
(2) Honor ID obtained by fraudulent means;
(3) Honor ID obtained through malicious registration;
(4) Honor ID registered and obtained for illegal purposes;
(5) Other accounts that the Service determines should be restricted.
If you obtain and use your Honor ID by the above means, you shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities and losses (including but not limited to interruption of communication, nulling or unavailability of virtual property and related data, value-added services, products or services, etc.).
To make full use of the Honor ID resources, we have the right to terminate the use of your Honor ID if you have not logged in for a certain period after registration or have not logged in for a long time.
You will be responsible for any damage caused by us limiting, freezing, or terminating the use of your Honor ID in accordance with this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations.
Privacy and Data Collection
To provide the services specified in this user agreement, we will collect and process your personal information in accordance with Statement About Honor ID and Privacy.If you refuse to provide the necessary permissions, we will not be able to provide you with the relevant services.
Disclaimer
The Services are for your use only and must not be used by any third party.You agree that we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, third-party payment service providers, partners, licensors, and distributors (collectively, the "Honor Parties") are not liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of the Services.
You are responsible for all your actions and the consequences of those actions in using the Services, including but not limited to your input and all the consequences caused by your input.You shall bear all risks and consequences associated with your use of the Services and the associated content, including but not limited to the intellectual property risks of any input content and any resulting output.The content provided by the Services is provided for reference only and does not constitute any advice or commitment. We are not responsible for any damages or liability to you or any third party arising from your use of the Services.If a third party makes a claim related to your use of the Services (including but not limited to copyright infringement or other claims related to content output when you use AI features), you are solely responsible for handling and compensating in accordance with applicable law.
Your use of the Services may be interrupted, delayed, or disrupted for an unknown period for reasons that are beyond our control.The Honor Parties will not be liable for any claim arising from or related to such interruption, delay, disruption, or similar failure.
In some cases, we may need to remove or change the functionality of the Services or stop providing a certain service or access to third-party applications and services.Unless required by applicable laws, we have no obligation to re-download or replace any content, information, or apps that you have previously downloaded or purchased.We may release the preview or beta versions of the Services or relevant features.These versions may not operate normally or may operate differently from the final version.
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law in your jurisdiction, the Honor Parties are not liable to you or anyone else for any liability, loss, damages, or compensation if you are unable to access or use the Services due to:
(a) any suspension or termination of the Services by us to enable maintenance work or updates to systems, software, or hardware to be carried out;
(b) any delay or failure of a system or communication network that is owned or controlled by someone other than us;
(c) any suspension, cancellation, or termination of any contracts or other arrangements between Honor and any of its third-party payment service providers;
(d) any error or interruption due to hacking attempts or similar security breaches; or
(e) Any other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranty or endorsement of any kind.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, the Honor Parties disclaim all warranties, conditions, or other terms of any kind, express or implied, and make no guarantees, undertakings, representations, or warranties for the following:
(a) in connection with the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any of the content made available on or through the Services;
(b) that Services or the server(s) it is hosted on is free from defects, errors, viruses, bugs, or other harmful elements;
(c) that any defects in the operation or functionality of any Services will be corrected;
(d) in connection with the specific functions of the Services, the reliability, quality, or accuracy of any information obtained by you as a result of your use or access of the Services;
(e) in connection with the security or error-free nature of the Services; and
(f) in connection with the Services' reliability, quality, accuracy, availability, or ability to meet your needs, provide certain outputs, or achieve certain results or outcomes.
The Honor Parties shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused in whole or in part by you relying upon, using, or interpreting the Services, or you (or anyone else) accessing and/or using information obtained through this Services.
Some countries forbid the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, guarantees, or liabilities in contracts by law.If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.Nothing in the Agreement affects the legal rights that you are entitled to as a consumer and which you cannot contractually agree to alter or waive.
Termination by You
You can terminate this Agreement by deleting your Honor ID.
If you completely delete your account through our online feature:
(a) Deleting your account will result in all data stored under your account becoming unrecoverable immediately, and all data will be permanently deleted within 6 months, including the user content generated by your account.Please read this Agreement carefully before deciding whether to delete your account.
(b) We will not retain any information, files, or other content stored under your account after it is deleted.In addition, content and messages that you have sent to other users may be unrecoverable.
(c) Deleting your account does not relieve you of your obligation to any fees that remain payable up to and including the date of termination. Neither we nor any third party will be liable for the consequences of your deletion.
Termination or Suspension by Us
Subject to applicable law, we may at our sole and absolute discretion temporarily or permanently terminate, impose limits on, or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services at any time, without assuming liability for any individual or third party.We will endeavor to provide notice to you before taking such actions.However, we may immediately restrict or terminate your access to all or part(s) of the Services, either permanently or temporarily, without prior notice to you if:
(a) if you violate, or if we believe you are about to violate, this Agreement, including any incorporated agreements, policies, or guidelines;
(b) If you or anyone acting on your behalf acts fraudulently or illegally, or provides us with any false or misleading information;
(c) in response to requests by law enforcement or other government agencies under valid legal process;
(d) in order to carry out urgent maintenance work or urgent updates to systems or hardware; or
(e) due to unexpected technical, safety, business, or security reasons;
If you do not complete the account activation within three (3) days of registration, or if you violate this Agreement (e.g., sending spam advertisements), we reserve the right to stop providing the Services to you and delete your account and all data and information related to the account.
The expiry or termination of the Agreement does not affect the provisions of the Agreement that are expressed to operate or have effect after the expiry or termination thereof and is without prejudice to any accrued rights or obligations or any rights or obligations which are intended to survive such deactivation or termination.
Any provisions of this Agreement that expressly or by their nature are intended to survive the termination of the Agreement, will continue in full force and effect subsequent to and notwithstanding such termination, until such provisions are satisfied or by their nature expire.
Changes to this Agreement
We are constantly innovating, changing, and improving the Services.We may add or remove functionalities or features, set new limits to the Services, or temporarily or permanently suspend or stop a service. We may make changes to this Agreement at any time and post additional specific terms, codes of conduct, or guidelines that govern a particular part, parts, or all of our Services.You agree that the latest version of this Agreement will apply to your use of the Services. By using the Services or any software or services licensed under this Agreement after the new version of this Agreement is released, you agree to the content in the latest version of the Agreement.If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services and any related services.
We will inform you a reasonable period in advance of any changes to the Services or this Agreement that will substantially affect users or limit their access to or use of the Services.For changes to the Services that are necessary to meet the security, safety, legal, or regulatory requirements, we may not be able to meet the aforementioned notification time limits, but we will notify you about these changes as soon as possible.In addition, we may not inform you in advance about the modifications to this Agreement or changes to the Services that do not materially affect or disadvantage users or do not materially limit their access to or use of the Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The formation, interpretation, and operation of this Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.All parties hereby agree that this Agreement is executed in Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.Any disputes arising between the parties during the performance of the contract shall be resolved through consultation, or if it fails, settled by litigation in the court with jurisdiction where the agreement is signed.

The Services or third parties may provide links to other websites or resources.You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other information on or available from such websites or resources.You further acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or resources.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership or agency relationship between you and us.No party shall have the right or authority to incur any liabilities, debts, or costs, or enter into any contracts or other arrangements in the name of or on behalf of the other.
We may assign, sub-contract, or novate any of our rights and obligations under this Agreement, and you agree to promptly execute any documents necessary or desirable for such purposes.
If any provision (or part of a provision) of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or any other competent authorities to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed to be deleted from this Agreement and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and legally effective.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us concerning the Services, and you acknowledge and agree that you have not relied on or been induced to enter into this Agreement in reliance on any representations, warranties, or undertakings not provided in this Agreement.
